IHE Eye Care

IHE Eye Care is the effort led by the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and supported by the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ASCRS) to define standards for interoperability between healthcare information systems, imaging systems, and other devices used within ophthalmology practices.  Sophrona is an active participant and supporter of this initiative.
