Sophrona Solutions Management Team

Our team's collective experience comes from all areas of healthcare and from developing sophisticated systems for both very large organizations and small clients.  We have previously taken millions of dollars out of operational costs, executed sales strategies for organizations in a variety of start-up stages, and built consumer facing web sites that take millions of hits per month.

In depth understanding of healthcare processes, a sense of market need, artistic design, usability engineering, and technical architecture are all pulled together to develop simple solutions to complex problems.

Marc-François Bradley, President and Principal Manager

Marc-François Bradley provides overall strategic and operational management since Sophrona's founding.  He has overseen the development of Sophrona's innovative Sage Portal as well as the development of its sales channels.  Prior to Sophrona, Marc-François spent nearly a decade at the Target Corporation where he found ways to leverage technology solutions to reduce operating costs across a massive supply chain and in retail stores spread over 1300 locations.  He set the vision, managed, and oversaw implementation of numerous large complex information systems used by thousands of users and leading to millions of dollars in reduced annual operating costs.

Marc-François Bradley is half-way through his MBA at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in engineering.

Paul C. Seel, MD, MBA, Vice President & Medical Director

Paul C. Seel has twenty years of large group practice experience in the Twin Cities with one of the largest nephrology groups in the upper Midwest. During that time, he served in numerous leadership positions within Kidney Specialists of Minnesota and Lakeland Dialysis LLC, a Twin Cities dialysis provider with ten free standing dialysis units. He co-initiated a highly successful disease management program for chronic kidney disease patients which lead to the development of an outcomes based, on-line EMR which has subsequently been sold to an EMR provider.

Since leaving the group in 2004 on an Archibald Bush Medical Fellowship, he has served as a medical director at United Resource Networks, a division of United Healthcare, where he was involved in developing an innovative program managing chronic kidney disease patients on a national scale.

Dr. Seel received an AB from Dartmouth College summa cum laude in Chemistry and an MD degree from Dartmouth Medical School. He completed his medical training at the University of Minnesota Hospitals and is ABIM board certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Critical Care Medicine.  He has completed the Intermountain Health Care Institute’s Advanced Training Program in Health Care Delivery Improvement and holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Jim Mattson, Lead Technical Architect

Jim Mattson sets corporate vision for overall system architecture and design. He has over a decade of experience architecting and developing secure and scalable web applications in a variety of industries including work leading a team of developers in the implementation of a series of e-commerce sites taking 30 million user hits per month and processing $1M in monthly orders while at the Carlson Marketing Worldwide.

Jim Mattson graduated from Bemidji State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and Accounting before completing an M.S. in Software Engineering at the University of St. Thomas.
